Import/Export data
How to Import and Export data in and out of the Self-Service Portal
Import
Create a .CSV file with headers for each of the fields you want to import.
Add a column called "PartnerID" and enter your Partner ID on each row you want to import.
From the SSP page, click on IMPORT, then Click on LOAD FILE.
Open the .CSV file you created in step 1.
In the list of columns to import, make sure all the columns you want to import are selected and match the name of the SSP columns you want your data in.
Click on the "x" of ALL the other columns you don't want to import, including all the "date" fields.
Make sure the field "Partner / External ID" is mapped to "x_partner/id". Your import will fail if this field is not mapped correctly.
Click on "TEST IMPORT" and check the test results on the screen.
If the test results shows the expected data, click on "IMPORT", otherwise go back to Step 5.
Export
The Export process allows you to save your SSP data into an Excel document.
From your SSP page, select (check mark) the records you want to export. TIP: To select the entire list on the page, check the top box in the header. To select a range of records, check the first box of the range, and while pressing the key CTRL, check the last box of the range.
Once one or more records are selected, a new Excel Icon will appear to the right of the Action menu.
Click on the Excel Icon to export your data.
